1. Core principle

We keep information only as long as we need it to run your private introduction profile and protect the service — and only as long as you want us to.

2. While your account is active

For as long as your account remains active, we retain the account and profile content you maintain so The Green Room works for you and for people you invite.

3. Security and operational records

We may keep limited technical and security-related records to prevent abuse and keep the service running. We remove or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

4. When you ask us to delete

If you want us to delete your account or data, we will remove it from our systems and revoke access. That is final. No exceptions, no residual copies we keep for ourselves, no soft delete.
