We collect minimal data necessary to provide our secure service, including:

• Phone numbers: Used for identity verification (via Twilio/Meta WhatsApp) to ensure only authorized individuals access or create profiles.
• Video content: The core of your profile, securely uploaded and stored.
• Payment information: If applicable to unlocking features or viewing profiles, processed securely via Razorpay.

3. How Data is Used

Your data is used strictly to facilitate secure, user-gatekept video sharing. We use your phone number for login and access requests. Your video content is only served to viewers you explicitly approve.We do not use your videos for AI training, nor do we use them for marketing without your explicit, written consent.

4. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

We never sell your data. We share data only with strictly necessary infrastructure partners to operate The Green Room:

• Twilio/Meta: For sending SMS or WhatsApp OTPs and access notifications.
• Supabase: For secure, encrypted database management and video storage.
• Razorpay: For processing payments (where applicable).

5. User Control & Consent

Profile owners are the sole gatekeepers of their content. You have full control over who gets to view your profile. You must explicitly grant access to every viewer, and you hold the power to revoke that access instantly at any time. Viewers cannot access your profile without this explicit, verifiable consent.

6. Security Measures

We implement robust security measures to protect your digital presence. All videos and data are stored using end-to-end encryption principles where applicable. Access to content is governed by secure, time-sensitive signed URLs. Our UI incorporates measures designed to deter unauthorized downloading, forwarding, and screen capturing.

7. Your Rights

You own your data. At any time, you have the right to request a complete export of the data we hold about you. You also have the right to request the permanent deletion of your profile and all associated content. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.
